I’m Ethan Van De Hey — Marketing Manager at Infinity Exteriors in Wisconsin, CEO of Roofing Launch, and host of the Encourage Mindset Podcast. I’m part of the AI Apprentice program with Dennis Yu and BlitzMetrics, working alongside Dan Leibrandt and George Paladichuk. At Infinity Exteriors, I’m the face of the brand — starring in commercials, representing the company at conferences and home expos across Wisconsin, leading charity initiatives, and running billboard and radio campaigns on ESPN Milwaukee. About Me
I’m Ethan Van De Hey — Marketing Manager at Infinity Exteriors, a home services company in Wisconsin that grew $20 million in revenue during my time there. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. I also run Roofing Launch, a marketing agency built specifically for roofers looking to dominate Google Maps through our Maps Visibility System.
I host the Encourage Mindset podcast — over 100 episodes and counting with entrepreneurs, coaches, and leaders. Dennis Yu came on for Episode #75, and we talked about embracing life’s journey. The podcast is presented by Infinity Exteriors, which ties what I do personally right back to the company.
I’m in the BlitzMetrics AI Apprentice program with Dennis Yu, working alongside Dan Leibrandt, George Paladichuk, and Luke Crowson. We run Dollar-a-Day ads, build E-E-A-T personal brands, and apply AI-driven marketing to help home services companies grow. I write for BlitzMetrics about what actually works — home shows, showroom marketing, billboard strategy, radio on ESPN Milwaukee, streaming ads, and getting involved in your community.
You’ll find me at home shows and trade events all over Wisconsin — the Racine Kenosha Builders Show, community festivals, you name it. I’m at the booth talking to homeowners, shooting commercials for the company, speaking at conferences, and leading charity efforts like supporting ACE Boxing Club’s comeback in Appleton. That’s the work I care about — showing up where it counts.
I have my MBA from the UW MBA Consortium and my undergrad from UW–Eau Claire. Everything I’ve learned has come from doing the work — mentorship from Dennis Yu, years at Infinity Exteriors, and just never stopping. Every podcast episode, every article, every event — it’s about creating real value for people.
